Tile Garden
Tile Garden is an idle game where you place tiles to make plants.
Each tile has a price, but each leaf you include in a completed structure increases passive regeneration, so you can buy and unlock more tiles.
See what interesting structures you can make! If you want, share a screenshot in a comment, I'd love to see what kinds of structures you come up with.
Controls
- Arrow keys or mouse to move cursor
- Control or left click to place or remove a tile
- Shift or right click to mirror a held tile
Notes
There is sound! The HTML emulator (uxn5) doesn't yet support audio, if you want to hear it, download the rom and run it on a native uxn emulator.
Yes, the ideal strategy is likely to just put leaves connected to themselves, I hoped to disable this, but time did not allow. Feel free to use it if you want to shortcut a bit, but also realize it probably won't be as interesting to play. Ideally each plant actually looks like a plant.

Holy moly that was a ton of fun!
Took me a bit to figure out how to actually play, and I still don’t quite understand everything - but once I got more pieces I just loved putting things together and making little flower structures.
